Location: Brickell & Downtown Miami (Near Kaseya Center)

Travel: Tri-Rail between two hotel sites

About the Role:

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a strong HVAC experience and a passion for keeping buildings running smoothly? Join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician overseeing two luxury hotel properties in Miami. You'll be the go-to expert ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed to high standardswithout doing the physical work yourself!

Instead, you'll supervise contractors, inspect completed work, and ensure guest comfort by troubleshooting issues like automatic shades, TVs, and other tech-driven amenities.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily maintenance operations across two hotel locations
• Coordinate and supervise outside vendors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, etc.)
• Inspect contractor work and approve completion based on quality standards
• Troubleshoot guest-related issues (e.g., smart room tech, shades, TVs)
• Communicate effectively with hotel staff and vendors via email, phone, and in person
• Use tablets and digital systems to manage tasksour hotels are tech-forward!

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years HVAC experience in hotel or apartment building maintenance
• Familiarity with boilers, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building systems
• Strong communication skills (English required; bilingual is a plus!)
• Customer service experience in a guest-facing role
• Comfortable using tablets and digital tools
• EPA Universal or HVAC certification preferred but not required

• Cannot communicate effectively in English

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
