Facilities Maintenance Technician

Join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician, where you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of our facility during the 1st shift from 5:45 AM to 2:30 PM. This role offers a competitive hourly rate and requires a skilled technician to ensure all systems function efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs and servicing.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues effectively.
• Coordinate repair jobs with third-party vendors and the Maintenance Manager.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal facility operations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
