Schedule: MondayFriday, 6:00 AM 4:00 PM

Pay Range: $25$30 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team in an industrial shop setting. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance. You'll work closely with a small, collaborative team to ensure our facilities and equipment are operating efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and maintain 5-ton HVAC units; install HVAC wall units.
• Perform plumbing tasks including snaking pipes over 50 feet and replacing P-traps and faucets.
• Conduct electrical maintenance such as replacing ballasts, outlets, and light bulbs.
• Operate general shop equipment and tools.
• Use mid-size fabrication and machining equipment (mills, lathes).
• Execute woodworking and carpentry tasks with precision.
• Work with various plumbing materials: copper, black iron, stainless steel, and PVC.
• Safely operate forklifts, skid steers, and tractors.

Qualifications:

• 510+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and general building upkeep.
• Proficiency with shop tools and fabrication equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment:

You'll be working in an industrial shop alongside a small team in a millwright-style setting. The role is physically active and requires comfort with machinery and tools in a hands-on environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
