Responsibilities

Performs demand repairs on restaurant equipment and property as identified through work orders entered into MyTech-Connect

Proactively creates and completes work orders for critical issues found during restaurant visits not entered by operations

Performs preventative maintenance service as outlined in PM work orders

Creates work orders for needed repairs identified during PM.

Ensures work orders are completed in the time frame identified by the priority codes assigned to the work orders by organizing and planning daily work load

Maintains accurate parts and company owned tool inventories

Ensures warranty process for company restaurants is followed

Reports the condition of equipment and property as well as maintenance status to assist with capital planning

Participates in Individual Development Planning process

Completes required safety training to comply with company guidelines

Stays current on industry standards

What We Expect From You

It is expected that you will primarily perform work at Wendy's Restaurants or to other field locations as designated by the Company. When not working at a Wendy's location, you are permitted to work remotely. Changes to work location arrangements are subject to managerial approval and business needs. The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. The target annual bonus for this role is XX% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.

Travel: 75+%

Pay Range: $25 - $31 Hr.
