Facilities Helper

We are seeking a Facilities Helper to assist in the Facilities and Maintenance operation at a commercial office building in Milford, OH. This role involves supporting the mail room, managing shipping and receiving, and operating a forklift. This is a 6-month temporary assignment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mail room operations, including sorting and organizing mail.
• Manage shipping and receiving processes efficiently.
• Operate a forklift safely and effectively within the facility.
• Provide excellent customer service in a client-facing environment.
• Ensure reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Essential Skills

• Experience in mailroom operations.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient in data entry tasks.
• Must be forklift certified.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with clients.
• Demonstrated reliability and strong attendance record.

Work Environment

The role is based in a commercial office building in Milford, OH, operating within a 1st shift timeframe from 7/8 am to 4/5 pm. The environment is professional and client-facing, requiring a neat and professional appearance.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Milford, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
