Our client, a leader in building maintenance and facility management, is seeking a Facilities Building Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Building Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Building Maintenance Technician

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay Range: $32/hr. - $33/hr.

What's the Job?

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and locations.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Travel between facilities within a 50-mile radius to support ongoing maintenance needs.
• Monitor and record system readings, calibrate equipment, and make necessary adjustments.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed, maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 8-10 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Proficiency with TRANE, CARRIER, LENNOX, RHEEM, AAON, and DAKIN software tools.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification; EPA 608 Universal Certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to analyze and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
