Key Responsibilities

• Program and operate Tipper Tie with precise specifications for production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues as needed.
• Perform machine setup, teardown, and style changes efficiently.
• Complete necessary paperwork and undertake other miscellaneous duties.
• Ensure line efficiencies and appropriate line speeds for assigned employees.
• Be adaptable and willing to rotate through departments.
• Assist on the production line when required.
• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks.
• Address minor breakdowns and repair machinery as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Able to lift 40 lbs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours/shifts.
• Capable of multitasking effectively.
• Self-starter with strong communication skills.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Physical tasks include lifting, stooping, bending, reaching, pulling, and recording weights.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability are essential.
• Must stay until the shift ends for teardown and cleaning operations.
• Basic math skills required.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work history in the last 12 months.
