Key Skills and Responsibilities

• Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM - 7 AM), assist with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries.
• Prepare and finalize Night Audit work, ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing. Must be detail-oriented.
• Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety.
• Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.
• Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service.
• Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Education & Experience

• Minimum 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
