What You'll Be Doing

• Leading civil site design projects from kickoff to ribbon cutting.
• Inspiring and mentoring teams who bring ideas to life.
• Building strong relationships with clients and community partners.
• Guiding budgets, schedules, and design quality with precision.
• Navigating challenges with smart solutions (and maybe a smile).
• Helping expand our impact through business development.
• Collaborating across disciplines to create projects people love.

What You Bring

• A Civil Engineering degree from an accredited university.
• A Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 10+ years of experience in civil site design & project management.
• Leadership skills that make people excited to work with you.
• The ability to juggle projects without breaking a sweat.
• A problem-solving mindset and a drive for excellence.
