The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is looking for an Expeditor to join the Kilolani Spa Team!

Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world's best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.

• Classification: Full-Time
• Shift: Various - must have availability to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
• Pay Rate: The hourly rate is $24.80 per hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

What will I be doing?

As an Expeditor in the Kilolani Spa, you will partner with spa management to ensure quality service and standards for all service providers.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Assist in balancing the daily and weekly schedules of the Service Providers in the designated spa booking system.
• Oversee appointments and treatments throughout the day. Prepare portioned products for specific services and upgrades to ensure a smooth transition for service providers in between treatments.
• Maintain the guest waiting areas for cleanliness and keep all supplies fully stocked for treatments.
• Assist in handling guest complaints and concerns that occur in the waiting areas.
• Process add-ons and additional gratuities as necessary.
• Report any discrepancies to spa management.
• Ensure the service provider lounge is clean, neat and organized.
• Ensure the booking system has accurate information regarding technician activity and guest services.
• Assist with other supportive functions such as: keep supplies stocked and notify management when refill orders are required and book upgraded treatments
