The pay range is $60,000.00 – $120,000.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary by position, including labor markets, education, work experience and certifications. A sales force of specialized consultants who provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket.

Teams in Apparel & Accessories (A&A), Beauty and Electronics prioritize guest experience while blending completion of tasks that ensure product is available and easy to shop – pulling, filling, pricing, setting, staging and maintaining the sales floor and the backroom.

Role

As a Specialty Sales Executive Team Leader, you will develop and lead a team to deliver guest-focused service and sales results across assigned departments. You will be responsible for planning, merchandising, staffing and coaching to meet business priorities.

Skills and qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong business acumen
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
• Ability to manage conflict, lead and hold others accountable
• Relate well with and interact with all levels of the organization
• Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis
• Learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently

Expectations and responsibilities

• Drive total store sales and contribute to profitability through your departments and team
• Create a guest-obsessed culture and lead the team to prioritize the guest experience
• Create schedules and adjust to guest traffic and business needs
• Plan merchandising and pricing workload, including transitions, revisions, sales plans, sampling and promotions
• Assess competition and use guest insights to drive business objectives
• Maintain a schedule aligned to guest and business needs, including early morning, evening, overnight shifts and weekends
• Build a knowledgeable and passionate team across Apparel & Accessories, Beauty and Electronics
• Develop and coach your team to elevate skills and expertise
• Lead onboarding, training and close product knowledge gaps through coaching
• Establish accountability through clear expectations and performance management
• Provide service and a shopping experience that meets guest needs
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance
• Address store needs (emergency, regulatory visits, etc.)
• Follow safe and secure training and processes as a key carrier
• All other duties based on business needs
