Sodexo is seeking an experienced Executive Chef 4 to join our food services team at Phoenix Children's Hospital in Phoenix, AZ. This is a high-volume, fast-paced account with a focus on delivering exceptional culinary experiences across a full-service Caf, physicians lounge, and VIP catering. The ideal candidate will lead daily operations, drive team performance, and uphold Sodexo's commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Oversee daily food production, scheduling, inventory, and ordering across multiple service areas.
Lead and develop a team of managers, supervisors, and hourly associates to ensure operational excellence.
Deliver high-end, resort-level cuisine in a state-of-the-art kitchen and retail dining facility.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and utilize Health Touch software for patient room service.

5+ years of high-volume food production management experience in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
