Sodexo is seeking an Executive Catering Chef 2 for North Carolina A&T University located in Greensboro, North Carolina. The Executive Chef will assist in overseeing the culinary functions of our multiple departments of food service on campus. We have a high volume catering department, a large "all you care to eat" dining restaurant, and multiple retail venue concepts. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. What You'll Do

• Be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting;
• Ensure Sodexo culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented;
• Have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations;
• Ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance; and/or
• Have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems.

Qualifications & Requirements
