Event Manager

Our client, a dynamic leader in the telecommunications industry, is seeking an Event Manager to join their team. As an Event Manager, you will be part of the Events Department supporting various internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a creative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Event Manager
Location: Bellevue, WA (Onsite 4 days a week)
What's the Job?

• Manage and execute internal and/or external events from concept to post-event, either independently or in collaboration with the events team.
• Establish event messaging that aligns with the event goals and objectives.
• Help manage event agency and facilitate weekly sync calls to coordinate processes and build event briefs.
• Support and grow relationships with key internal stakeholders to understand their business needs and marketing events strategy.
• Create post-event debriefs and assist in event budget reconciliations to help with future planning.

• Proven experience in event management or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with various stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience in budget management and financial reconciliation.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
