Position: Event Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)

Employment Type: Part-Time

Compensation: $20/hr - $23/hr

Location: New York, NY and Nationwide Events

Join our dynamic team as an Event Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and be part of an organization dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service at various events across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure event operations align with CrowdRx’s goals and standards.
• Provide on-site Basic Life Support (BLS) care in line with medical guidelines and protocols.
• Respond calmly and professionally to medical emergencies and public safety concerns at events.
• Coordinate emergency and non-emergency patient transport to advanced medical facilities.
• Communicate crucial information effectively with venue staff, event personnel, and local officials.
• Utilize medical equipment and follow procedures to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of EMS responses and patient care provided.
• Keep issued uniforms and medical gear in excellent condition and utilize personal protective equipment appropriately.
• Stay up-to-date with NREMT and state licensing requirements.
• Monitor first aid stations and medical supplies for readiness.
• Adhere to policies and ensure compliance with operational timelines.
• Show responsibility with regular attendance and punctuality.
• Report public health and safety issues to event management effectively.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• State EMT or Paramedic certification, including NREMT credentials.
• Effective communication skills—both oral and written.
• A minimum of 1 year experience as an EMS provider preferred.
• 911 experience is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service abilities.
• Understanding of special event operations and customer care.
