Vi at Palo Alto is located at 620 Sand Hill Road, Palo Alto CA 94304.

Responsibilities:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be instrumental in assisting licensed care staff with various clinical and technical tasks for assigned residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living
• Performing light housekeeping
• Providing dining/tray services and escort services
• Taking vital signs and recording weights
• Carrying out other care-related duties as assigned

As part of our dedicated care team, you will also engage in quality assessment and performance improvement activities while notifying staff of any changes in resident conditions as they occur.

PLEASE NOTE: This position is for the PM SHIFT (3PM-11:30PM) with weekend requirements.

Qualifications:

• Must possess current state certification
• Experience is required, with a preference for prior work with geriatric clients
• A High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
• Current CPR/AED certification is required
• Current First Aid certification is required or must be willing to obtain it
• Food handlers certification and Certified Medical Technician/Certified Medication Aide certification, where required
• Basic computer skills or the ability to learn
