Webster Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center has a great leadership team, 110 bed SNF, newly renovated PACU and no agency for CNA's & Nurses!
Nurse Supervisor
RN/LPN Evening Supervisor (3-11 Shift, Monday through Friday)
Responsibilities:

Provide supervision to team of nursing staff and CNAs
Communicating with residents and family members regarding concerns or patient medical needs
Assist with admissions, patient care and documentation
Reporting incidents of concern to Director of Nursing or appropriate individual

Requirements:
•Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN or LPN in the state of Massachusetts.
•Preferred: 2+ years nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home or other healthcare setting and a minimum 1-year experience as a nurse supervisor.
•Strong communication skills, professionalism, and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public.
•Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers.
•Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
