Estimating Manager

Estimating Manager Carroll, IA (51401)

We are seeking an Estimating Manager to lead the estimating department for commercial and industrial projects across Western Iowa.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise estimators and review all bids for accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee take-offs, bid leveling, and proposal submissions.
• Support pre-construction and design-assist efforts.
• Build relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Mentor junior estimators and drive continuous process improvement.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of estimating experience with at least 2 in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of commercial-construction systems.
• Proficient in estimating and take-off software.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
