Pay Range :

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Oracle Benefits & Compensation modules to meet specific business requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Total Rewards, and IT teams to gather and translate functional requirements into scalable solutions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure system accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Lead implementation efforts, including data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as needed to ensure system stability and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Oracle Benefits & Compensation modules in a professional setting.
• Strong understanding of union rules and complexities related to timekeeping in unionized environments.
• Experience working within or supporting the construction industry.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
