Full-time | On-call rotation required

* Remote-based with occasional travel to clinical sites
* Participation in on-call rotation for 24/7 support
We're seeking an experienced Epic Analyst with a focus on Grand Central and Prelude modules. This role involves supporting clinical and operational workflows through expert-level Epic build, optimization, and user engagement. Ideal candidates are problem-solvers who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about leveraging technology to improve healthcare delivery.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Lead analysis, build, testing, and implementation of Epic Grand Central and Prelude modules.
* Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to optimize workflows and enhance system functionality.
* Provide go-live and post-implementation support, including participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
* Contribute to cross-functional projects involving new Epic modules and tools.
* Serve as a subject matter expert on Epic Orders Suite and other integrated modules.
*Required Skills & Certifications*
* Epic Orders Certification (required)
* Build experience in the Epic Orders Suite
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interface effectively with end-users and stakeholders
*Preferred Experience*
* Familiarity with additional Epic modules such as Clindoc, Inpatient, Orders, ADT
* Experience working in a healthcare system or hospital environment
* Prior involvement in Epic implementations or upgrades
* Minimum 6 years of IT experience
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or 4+ years of equivalent experience)
* Must maintain Epic certifications as required
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
