Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a safety representative, ensuring adherence to the company’s and client’s safety policies.
• Operate manual and automated hydroblasting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Utilize special equipment, including Ultra High Pressure pumps.
• Conduct pre and post-trip inspections of vehicles and maintain compliance with DOT requirements.
• Direct a team of vacuum technicians to ensure efficient job execution.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and assist with loading/unloading tasks.
• Transport equipment and crew to various customer locations.
• Provide general maintenance in the field and complete other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including climbing heights and working in confined spaces.
• Valid driver's license, CDL Class A or B as per the company vehicle policy.
• Experience using hydroblast equipment and working knowledge of vacuum truck operations.
• Strong communication skills to understand safety protocols and respond to emergency instructions.
