Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 2

Sodexois seeking an experiencedCustodial ManagerforHobart & William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY. Our leader will work schedule 8:30AM-6:00 PM Tuesday through Saturday, Budgeted salary: $61,000- $66,000.Reporting to the Custodial Operations Manager, our successful candidate willwalk around campus daily and inspect sanitation and remain pro-active in keeping our campus pristine.Technical knowledge on floor care and custodial equipment and chemicals and experience managing a cohesive team with the flexibility to jump in and help hands-on as needed is required. This rolewill be professionally responsible for successfully managing the Custodial Services, with key interaction and a support role for the execution of service quality

• Be responsible for support in driving the custodial program and staff Tuesday through Saturday
• Provide a clean and safe environment for students, visitors, and staff
• Lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives
• Effectively manage the Unit Operating System
• Support a diverse and inclusive workforce
