Environmental Coordinator

The Environmental Coordinator will provide comprehensive project delivery support, ensuring document control, project tracking, and quality assurance. This role includes taking over specific remediation projects, assisting with resource management, and collaborating with financial analysts to manage project timelines, budgets, and contracts. Additionally, the coordinator will perform engineering support tasks such as developing drawings, preparing logs, and coordinating fieldwork.

Support project delivery by managing document control, project tracking, and quality assurance.

Assist in managing resources and assignments for various projects.

Collaborate with financial analysts to track project/program details including timelines, budgets, and deliverable dates.

Perform engineering support tasks including development of drawings, preparation of logs, and coordination of fieldwork as directed.

Draft report and proposal deliverables for coordinated projects.

High school diploma and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.

Fluency in Microsoft Office applications.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable violation history.

Goal-oriented towards becoming a program manager for environmental projects.

Data management and gathering skills.

Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Experience with gINT Geotechnical software and AutoCAD LT is preferred.

Regulatory reporting and administrative support experience.

This position is based in an office setting, providing support under the guidance of project/program managers. This is a contract position based out of Buffalo, New York.

The pay range for this position is $21.75 - $30.25/hr.
