Production Associate - C Shift

We are seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our team on the C shift, working every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 6am to 6pm. This role is perfect for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and an interest in electronic manufacturing. We value a positive attitude and are open to training entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Support production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines.
• Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging tasks.
• Adhere to production standards and goals, lifting no more than 10-15 lbs.
• Follow detailed instructions and operate within established policies and procedures.
• Use basic computer skills for documentation and communication.

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in electronic manufacturing, either through-hole or surface mount soldering.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and flexibility to assist other departments.
• Basic computer skills including navigation, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Great attitude and willingness to be flexible.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent GED is preferred.
• One or more years of related experience is preferred.
• Competent in assembly, soldering, mechanical production, and use of hand tools.
• Capability to adapt to changes and support improvement initiatives.
• Ability to maintain composure in stressful environments and share knowledge proactively.

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and moderate noise levels. The C shift schedule consists of 12-hour shifts every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. You will have the option to sit or stand during your shift, although standing is frequently required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, Idaho.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
