Pay Rate: $22/hr

Shifts: 12 hour shifts Nights

Join our dynamic team as a motivated Manufacturing Technician! In this vital role, you'll be an essential part of our wafer production operations. As a technician, you'll engage in the set-up, calibration, and preventative maintenance of wafer fabrication equipment. You'll have the chance to collect and assess operating data to optimize processes and make necessary adjustments. Your commitment to safety and a positive work culture will play a crucial part in our operations. This position offers a clear path for development, with opportunities to train others as you gain experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain specialized processing equipment in a clean room environment.
• Adhere to all safety rules and regulations while working in the factory.

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly lift loads up to 25 lbs.
• Stand or sit for up to 9 hours within a shift.
• Push carts for distances of at least 500 meters.
• Spend over 80% of your work time in a clean room environment while wearing a full-body clean suit.
• Work on a compressed work week schedule with 12-hour shifts alternating between three and four days per week.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (to be completed by employment start date).
• Proficiency with computers and general software programs such as Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Higher education after High school.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Experience in a clean room setting.

• This position is entry-level, with compensation adjusted accordingly.
• The role requires working in a clean room environment and wearing specialized protective gear.
