Now Hiring: Entry-Level Manual Assemblers

Location: Middletown, PA

Shifts: First (7am3:30pm), Second (3pm11:30pm), Third (11pm7:30am, SunThur)

Job Type: Contract

Are you ready to start a hands-on career in manufacturing with a company that values growth, teamwork, and innovation? Join our team as a Manual Assembler and help build custom control panels and electronic products in a clean, modern facility.

What You'll Do:

• Assemble electronic parts and components by hand across multiple workstations
• Read and follow blueprints to build custom control panels
• Operate machines like CMS Plotter, EZ Label, and PLS Web Printer
• Package finished products and perform final assembly tasks
• Record production data and complete quality documentation
• Support other production areas and assist with miscellaneous tasks
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE

What We're Looking For:

• Interest in electronics or mechanical assembly (experience is a plus!)
• Ability to read blueprints (preferred but not required)
• Basic math and computer skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or GED not required
• Technical school or electronics education is a bonus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $18.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
