Entry Level Business Foundations Program

Year Up United offers a dynamic, hands-on job training program designed for young adults seeking to boost their careers. This intensive program lasts one year or less and includes classroom skill development, valuable internships, and tailored job placement services, complemented by personalized coaching and mentorship.

Participants in Year Up United also receive an educational stipend, making it easier to focus on their professional growth. Our program uniquely blends technical and professional training with direct access to internships and job placement support through YUPRO Placement, our leading talent placement firm. Opportunities for internships can be found with top organizations such as Microsoft, Accenture, Salesforce, and Seattle Children's Hospital.

Eligibility Criteria:
You can apply to Year Up United if you meet the following conditions:

• A high school graduate or GED recipient
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
• Have not obtained a Bachelor’s degree

What You Will Gain:

During the internship phase, participants earn an educational stipend of $525 per week.
