Requirements for the role:
- Ability to lift and move children in a fast-paced setting, including the capacity to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, squat, and move quickly to ensure safety and engagement with young children.
- Maintain a therapy-friendly environment by keeping play spaces organized and stimulating for children.
- Multitask effectively, balancing various tasks, decisions, and conversations while prioritizing safety for all.
- Work cohesively within a team , supporting your center and region, which may include traveling to nearby centers as assigned.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are mandatory.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Complete the RBT certification within 20 days of employment by passing a 40-hour training course, hands-on competency assessment, registering for the exam, and achieving a passing score on the board's exam.
