Your role will be to help children reach life-changing milestones through ethical and evidence-based ABA techniques in a supportive center-based environment. You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years, with excellent supervision and continuous training provided.

What You Will Do:

• Implement one-on-one ABA therapy by following treatment plans to help children with Autism reach their full potential.
• Engage children through fun and therapeutic activities that promote development.
• Collaborate closely with a team to enhance treatment effectiveness and ensure a safe, enjoyable environment.
• Interact playfully with children, keeping up with their energy while fostering a joyful atmosphere.
• Communicate effectively with peers, families, and supervisors to coordinate activities and celebrate progress.

Job Requirements:

• The ability to lift and move children in a fast-paced environment, including lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Ensure therapy spaces are clean, organized, and stimulating for children.
• Multitask effectively while prioritizing the safety of everyone involved.
• Work collaboratively with teams across various centers as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School diploma or GED.

You will also complete the RBT certification process within 20 days of employment.
