Our client, a leader in the fluid power industry, is seeking a Sr Engineering Technician Testing to join their team. As a Sr Engineering Technician Testing, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting testing operations. The ideal candidate will have self-motivation, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Engineering Technician Testing Hydraulics Pneumatics
Location: Torrance, CA
Pay Range: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
What's the Job?

Perform high-volume, repetitive testing of commercial and military precision parts using pneumatic and hydraulic testing methods in our Fluid Power lab.

Conduct performance and pressure testing of units to ensure quality standards are met.

Disassemble and rebuild test stands, maintaining proper documentation of testing procedures and results.

Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues during testing processes.

Lift up to 35 pounds and work safely in a fast-paced environment, adhering to safety protocols.
What's Needed?
-
High school diploma or GED required.
-
4-6 years of experience in testing, troubleshooting, or related technical roles.

Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic testing equipment and procedures.

Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and decisiveness.

Must be a U.S. citizen to meet project requirements.
