Engineering Manufacturing Technician

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Engineering Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As an Engineering Manufacturing Technician , you will be part of the manufacturing support team, collaborating closely with engineers to enhance production processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Engineering Manufacturing Technician

Location: Moon Township, PA

Pay Range: $30-$33/hr.

What's the Job?

• Assist engineers in developing, testing, and optimizing manufacturing procedures and equipment

• Set up and operate manufacturing machinery following safety and quality standards

• Conduct tests and experiments to evaluate and improve manufacturing processes

• Monitor production lines, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions

• Collect and analyze data to support continuous improvement initiatives

What's Needed?

• Associate degree or technical certificate in Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related field

• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or related environment

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment operation

• Strong mechanical skills and hands-on experience

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively within a team
