As an Endoscopy Technician for our Endoscopy Team, you will be responsible for the following:

• Preparing rooms and equipment.
• Assisting with patient care to facilitate an orderly, efficient and safe clinical environment.
• Ensuring the equipment and scopes are properly cleaned and disinfected.
• Providing quality and safe patient care.
• Facilitating patients in and out of the procedure room.
• Independently performing turnover of procedure rooms (remove used scopes; changing over suction & O2 tubing; performs terminal cleaning of equipment, setting up room, inspects equipment and Endosoft to insure proper functioning) ensures expedient turnaround time in a neat environment.
• Obtain vital signs and record findings.

Education: Required: High School Diploma or equivalent And Completion of a Certified Nurse's Assistant course Or Nursing Student with two completed clinical rotations

Experience: Required: Phlebotomy, EKG or Nursing Assistant Preferred: ACU or Medical/Surgical

BLS is required

This is a 40 hour day position
