Pay: $40.86 - $63.33/hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary: As a Nursing Supervisor, you will oversee daily staff activities in our Endocrine Diabetes department, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

• Determine and coordinate daily staffing assignments and levels to meet patient needs.
• Provide leadership through direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff members.
• Facilitate staff development programs while assessing the quality of services delivered.
• Ensure compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Perform staff responsibilities as needed to maintain service levels.
• Lead the resolution of complex issues and handle complaints effectively.
• Utilize critical thinking skills and decisive judgement in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Required Licensure/Certification: State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider, and any relevant certification as determined at position level.
• Minimum Experience: 3 years of nursing experience required.
• Current BLS certification is required before the start date, with a valid card in hand.
