LHH is actively seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate People Specialist to join one of our top tech client's Employee Success (HR) team. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations. You'll work closely with internal HR partners across disciplines like Benefits, Employee Relations, and Talent Development to deliver a consistent and exceptional employee experience.

This will be a hybrid long term contract opportunity with our client! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to gain exposure to a broad range of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, processes, and best practices
• Provide consistent guidance and interpretation of company policies to ensure fair and compliant outcomes
• Collaborate with other HR teams to support issue resolution, workplace accommodations, and employee engagement initiatives
• Escalate complex employee relations matters as needed, ensuring thorough documentation and initial assessment
• Manage a high volume of employee cases with discretion, empathy, and accuracy
• Contribute to the creation and improvement of internal processes, documentation, and team resources
• Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization through excellent communication and service
• Support audits and compliance reporting as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience, including direct interaction with employees and managers
• Background as an HR Generalist; experience in Employee Relations (coaching, performance management, accommodations) is a strong plus
• Experience in a centralized HR or shared services environment is preferred
• Familiarity with case management systems and Workday is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of HR policies and employment practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
