Airport Employee Shuttle Supervisor - MEM (AM)

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking an Airport Employee Shuttle Supervisor for the A.M. shift in Memphis, Tennessee. The base pay rate is $24.00 per hour for this full-time, non-exempt position.

Job Summary:

The Bus Operator Supervisor is responsible for managing the Bus Operators who deliver employee shuttle passengers to assigned airport areas in accordance with passenger specifications.

Job Duties:

• Supervise a team of agents.
• Manage shift schedules, including workstation assignments, employee training, vacations, breaks, overtime assignments, and shift rotations.
• Communicate with the manager concerning any problems or issues.
• Schedule and conduct shift meetings.
• Assist in the administration of payroll; complete shift paperwork and perform other administrative functions.
• Monitor and enforce safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi policies, and safety procedures.
• Promote and adhere to policies concerning Safety, Anti-Harassment, and Equal Employment Opportunity.
• Assign drivers to specific vehicles and corresponding routes.
• Consolidate all paperwork from the operators and complete a check-off list.
• Work with operators to ensure they complete all required paperwork and driver inspection reports.
• Complete the daily shift report including fuel replenishment amounts, vehicle issues, driver job assignments, tabulation of passenger log sheets, and completion of universal worksheet.
• Coordinate with clients in performing additional operation activities regarding passenger/crew movement from a remote area to the terminal.
• Fill in driver routes when necessary.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid driving license.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year of relevant work experience in the bussing/shuttle industry.
• Possess a valid TN CDL A or B with a P endorsement.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to constantly lift, move up to 70 lbs, push, pull; and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, grasp outwards, and bend.

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to work rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends, and holidays, overtime.
• Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
