Location: Onsite - Vancouver, WA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full-Time
Compensation: $35 - $45 per hour, DOE
Contract Duration: 6-month contract with potential for permanent hire
Position Overview
LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Employee Relations Specialist to join our client's team onsite in Vancouver, WA. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting employees through various HR processes.

LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Employee Relations Specialist to join our client's team onsite in Vancouver, WA. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting employees through various HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Relations
- Conduct investigations related to workplace concerns and complaints
- Support performance management processes and documentation
- Advise managers and employees on conflict resolution and policy interpretation
- Attendance & Timesheet Management
- Monitor and track employee attendance and timesheet submissions
- Generate reports and identify trends or discrepancies
- Collaborate with payroll and department leads to ensure accuracy
- Leave Administration
- Manage leave requests including FMLA, ADA, and other statutory or company leaves
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with applicable laws
- Serve as a point of contact for employees navigating leave processes
- 5+ years of experience in employee relations, HR investigations, and performance management, ideally within a large organization
- Bachelors Degree is required, ideally in Business, Human Resources or similar
- Strong understanding of leave administration, including ADA, FMLA etc
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in HRIS and reporting tools preferred
