• The medical center is committed to providing all our providers with state-of-the-art practice settings along with full support staff. It is a clinical campus for medical students from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (Elmira campus) and offer numerous Residency and Fellowship training programs on-site.
• Candidates must be a graduate of an approved masters level program with national certification and current NYS professional license.
