Your Role:

• Conduct physical examinations to assess donor suitability
• Create a welcoming environment to ensure donor satisfaction
• Uphold strict confidentiality standards
• Educate donors on health matters and manage potential hazards
• Respond to donor injuries and adverse events
• Assist in training of other employees
• Administer employee vaccination programs

Requirements:

Qualified candidates must hold current certification/licensure in the state of employment as a Registered Nurse, LPN, LVN, Paramedic, or EMT, along with current CPR certification.

Physical and Personal Attributes:

• Ability to perform tasks both standing and seated for extended periods
• Frequent hand and finger movements for tasks requiring precision
• Capable of light lifting (15 lbs, with a maximum of 50 lbs)
• Strong communication skills for effective interactions
• Ability to work independently while following oral or written instructions
• Willingness to adapt to changing conditions and demands
