Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical examinations and gather medical history to assess donor suitability
• Build strong relationships with donors to ensure high satisfaction
• Maintain confidentiality of donor and staff information
• Educate donors about health risks and ensure awareness of potential hazards
• Assist with evaluations and management of donor injuries and issues
• Provide training support for employees
• Administer the employee Hepatitis Vaccine program

Qualifications:

You must be certified/licensed in your state as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, Paramedic, or EMT, with current CPR certification.

Physical and Skills Requirements:

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (up to 4 hours)
• Frequent bending and neck movement
• Quick hand movements for precise tasks
• Light lifting (up to 50 lbs) and mobility tasks
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse groups
• Independent work ability with attention to detail
• Exposure to biological fluids and laboratory equipment, with required personal protective gear
