What is Ellie?
We are seeking passionate and unique Therapists to join us at Ellie in Warrington, PA. What Your Role Entails:

• Evaluating mental health diagnosis and implementing a treatment plan.
• Maintain ongoing documentation using company platforms and EMR.
• An expectation of 25-27 client sessions per week with a 32 hour work week!
• Excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to ensure effective and quality care.
• Utilizing your preferred clinical techniques to assist clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Participation in clinical staff meetings, training, and community outreach as directed by the clinical director.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidates are required to have a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
• Candidates MUST have PA clinical license in one of the following : (LMFT , LCSW , LPC )
• Fully licensed and unrestricted
• Required experience with completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes
• Looking for 3 years experience with providing mental health treatment
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)

Additional Skills:

• A creative and innovative approaches to mental health.
• Community involvement and engagement.
• General knowledge of Apple products, EMR, Telehealth, and other software platforms.
• Preferred experience with wide range of ages including adults adolescents and adults
• certified and trained in EMDR
