Manpower Engineering is hiring an experienced Electronics Engineering Technician for a contract-to-hire opportunity with our client in Munster, Indiana . This is a mid- to senior-level role ideal for candidates with a strong background in electronics diagnostics and repair-especially those with military or industrial experience.
?? What You'll Be Doing:

Diagnose and repair a wide range of electronic devices, including: AC/DC and Servo drives, Analog/digital I/O boards, Inverters and industrial control devices

Use SMT and thru-hole soldering techniques with equipment like Pace rework systems
-
Troubleshoot down to the component level on PCBs

Work with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and Huntron trackers

? What We're Looking For:
2-year degree in Electronics Technology preferred, or 7-10 years of hands-on experience (military electronics experience highly valued) Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Proficiency in both THT and SMT soldering/desoldering Experience with test equipment and electronic repair tools. A hands-on mindset-tinkerers and hobbyists (e.g., auto repair, electronics) are a great fit. Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
