Job Title: Electronic Assembler

Job Description

Join our team as an Electronic Assembler, where you will work at a dedicated workstation or assembly bench. Your primary tasks will include assembling electronic components and uploading software/firmware into these components. You will also be required to read schematics, solder using a microscope, crimp wires, and handle low voltage wiring.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components at a workstation.

• Upload software/firmware into components.

• Read and interpret electrical schematics.

• Solder using a microscope.

• Crimp wires and handle low voltage wiring.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in reading schematics and electrical schematics.

• Experience with soldering using a microscope.

• Ability to crimp wires and manage low voltage wiring.

• Familiarity with medical devices and electronic sub-assemblies.

• Competence in uploading software/firmware into electronic components.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Quality certifications such as TS16949, ISO 9001, and AS 9100.

• Experience with ERP systems.

• Knowledge of RC hobby assembly.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Understanding of electrical systems, micrometers, and hardware troubleshooting.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled, relaxed, and clean environment with individual work benches. The shift is from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch and two 15-minute breaks. A second shift will be added soon. Overtime is expected.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, Georgia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
