Our client, a leader in electronics and test systems support, is seeking an Electronics Technician III to join their team. As an Electronics Technician III , you will be part of the CSE Controls Lab operations supporting night shift activities. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Electronics Technician III
Location: Columbus, IN
Pay Range: $21-$26.50/hr.
Shift: Initially (for 1-2 months) the employee will workdays (8AM to 7PM EST - Flexible schedule but an 8-hour shift) to get familiar with test systems, processes, teams, and lab operations. After that, the employee will work night shift (11PM -7AM EST)
What's the Job?

Support night shift operations in troubleshooting and maintaining test systems and lab equipment

Perform hardware setup, maintenance, and calibration of test environments

Modify and develop test hardware, including wiring harnesses and peripheral connections

Manage system configuration documentation and ensure software support items are installed
-
Assist with daily lab support, troubleshooting guides, and continuous improvement projects
What's Needed?
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
5 to 7 years of experience as a technician or in a similar role
-
Proficiency in electronic circuits and troubleshooting systems
-
Experience with electronic tools and data measurement systems

Ability to work on-site in Columbus, IN, with flexibility during initial training period
