Aerotek Is Hiring For Electronic Chip Manufacturing Technicians In Allentown, PA!

Become a key player in the semiconductor industry as a Manufacturing Technician. You'll operate advanced semiconductor-processing equipment in a cleanroom environment, focusing on photolithography, etching, substrate cleaning, and other critical processes.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage both manual and computer-controlled equipment.
• Set up and maintain machinery for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to process wafers and optical components.
• Monitor production quality and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to perform light lifting and stand for extended periods.
• Experience using microscopes.
• Manual dexterity and willingness to learn.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous cleanroom manufacturing experience.
• Experience in electronics assembly.
• Computer proficiency and knowledge of semiconductor processes.

The pay range for this position is $22.05 - $24.15/hr.
