As an EW Solution Architect on our team, you'll translate your customer's EW or RF-enabled cyber needs and future goals into a plan by crafting the required documentation, statements of work, and architecture products and requirements. Through your leadership, we'll help transform the way our customers use technology, including cloud migration, integrating advanced technology, and modernizing legacy systems. You Have:

• 6+ years of technical solutioning, business development, or capture roles
• 3+ years of solution architecture
• Experience leading technical solution development from early opportunity through proposal submission, translating mission needs into actionable technical strategies and approaches that differentiate a proposal
• Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional teams with minimal oversight
• Knowledge of the U.S. government acquisition process and procurement strategies
• Ability to develop and articulate complex technical solutions in EW analytics, digital transformation, engineering, or cyber domains
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience supporting the Electronic Warfare market or similar mission-focused federal clients
• Experience with agile development, cloud architectures, and emerging technologies in the national defense space
• Experience with technical writing and client presentation
• Experience with technical solutioning for classified environments
• Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,900.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
