?? What You'll Be Doing

• ?? Assembling electrical and mechanical components into high-quality finished products

• ?? Reading and interpreting blueprints, BOMs, and engineering change orders

• ?? Using hand tools, torque wrenches, and soldering equipment

• ?? Performing electronic testing and quality inspections

• ?? Operating computer systems for tracking and testing

• ?? Safely applying adhesives and chemicals

• ?? Lifting up to 40 lbs and adapting to various production processes

? What You Bring to the Table

• Experience with hand tools, soldering, and wiring

• Ability to read schematics and blueprints confidently

• Familiarity with PCB or small-part assembly

• IPC/J-STD certification is a strong plus

• High school diploma preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
