Are you an experienced electrician ready to take your career to the next level? We offer an exciting opportunity for skilled individuals to perform essential electrical maintenance in our dynamic environment. Here’s what you will be doing:

• Conduct regular preventative maintenance on mill equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Repair, modify, and maintain a diverse range of electrical and electronic equipment.
• Handle wiring circuits, replace components, and fix electronic devices as needed.
• Utilize instruments like multi-meters and Meggers for testing and diagnostics.
• Stay updated with technical advancements by attending relevant training sessions.
• Work on rotating shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends when required.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including the use of required personal protective equipment.
• Complete other duties as assigned to support team objectives.

What We Look For:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Strong foundational knowledge in electrical principles.
• Proficiency in both 3-phase and single-phase power distribution systems.
• Experience with motor controls, wiring, and troubleshooting electrical systems, including 480-volt power.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret electrical schematics independently.
• Familiarity with machine control systems and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts and respond to emergency call-ins.
• A collaborative attitude and commitment to professional development.
• Reliable attendance is essential for team success.

How to Stand Out:

• Experience with VFD drives and PLCs is a plus.
• Ability to interpret PLC logic for troubleshooting and process improvement.
