Schedule is Five 8-hour shifts, with overtime available. Pay is $60,000 - $65,000 or more depending on experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a vital member of our team, you’ll use your technical skills and problem-solving abilities to ensure our manufacturing systems operate at peak performance. Your day-to-day will be dynamic and full of opportunities to grow.
-Install, maintain, and repair cutting-edge manufacturing electrical systems
-Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using schematics and wiring diagrams
-Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability
-Ensure work meets the highest safety and compliance standards
-Keep detailed maintenance records and inventory usage
-Support special projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring to the Table:
-A valid electrician’s license and up-to-date certifications
-Experience with 480V 3-phase systems in a manufacturing environment
-Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems
-Skilled with diagnostic tools, schematics, and hands-on troubleshooting
-A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
-Passion for innovation and personal growth
-Forklift operation skills a plus
-High school diploma or GED (essential)
-Certified training in electrical safety (essential)
