Position Overview:
We are seeking an Electrician to join our team in Butler, WI. This is a full-time role on the 2nd shift, offering a competitive pay rate of $36.15 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete tasks assigned by the supervisor efficiently and accurately.
• Identify necessary follow-up work and required parts.
• Assist in developing and implementing innovative systems.
• Document work by completing, signing, and returning Work Orders to the Maintenance Supervisor, detailing Work Description, Symptoms, Start/Finish times and Labor Hours, and noting any deficiencies or job plan feedback.
• Promote and communicate maintenance and reliability initiatives within the organization.
• Participate in housekeeping, safety training, and staff meetings.

Required Qualifications:

• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in industrial maintenance.
• Strong communication skills in English (written, verbal, and listening).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Electronic Engineering or extensive experience in PLC and control system troubleshooting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience troubleshooting limit switches, photo eyes, and proximity switches.
• Proficient in reading ladder diagrams and troubleshooting PLC machines independently.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and replace faulty electrical components using hand tools and electrical test equipment.
• Experience in measuring, cutting, and bending conduit (rigid EMT, PVC, and IMC) using hand tools and benders.
• Skilled in setting up and troubleshooting drives, demonstrating understanding of changing settings.
• Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and vacuum system concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
