Salary: $80,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Interpreting electrical schematics to understand and troubleshoot systems.
Installation and maintenance of electrical components of factory equipment, including controls and panels.
Ensuring all electrical work complies with industry and safety standards.
Meticulously documenting operations and maintenance procedures.
Facilitating operations by climbing ladders as necessary for equipment access.
Maintaining a clean and safe workspace in accordance with company guidelines and regulations.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

At least one year of experience as an electrician, preferably in an industrial setting.
A committed employment history demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
Legal eligibility to work in the USA (U.S. citizen or Green Card holder).
Residence within a 45-minute commute to Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, or willingness to relocate at own expense.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced understanding of electrical systems and high-level troubleshooting skills.
Experience with modern industrial electrical systems and energy management.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, capable of explaining complex systems in simple terms.
High attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Physical capability to perform tasks such as climbing, bending, and lifting.
